Welcome to TinyNorth – we're glad you're here! Below you will find our terms and conditions, designed to ensure that you as a customer feel secure with your purchase from us.

🛍️ 1. General

TinyNorth is run by North E-Commerce AB. We offer carefully selected products from European suppliers, tested and approved according to our own high Nordic standards. We deliver within the EU and sell to both private individuals and companies.

💳 2. Prices & payment

All prices are in SEK including VAT. Shipping may be added depending on the shipping method chosen and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer secure payments through:

– Card payment (Visa, Mastercard)

– Klarna (Pay Later, Split)

– Shopify Payments

You always receive an order confirmation via email after the purchase is completed.

📦 3. Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the EU.

Normal delivery time is 5–10 working days depending on the product and country of delivery. Your order is shipped directly from warehouses within the EU. Full information can be found on our Delivery page.

🔄 4. Returns & cancellation rights

You always have a 30-day money-back guarantee with us – in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. The product must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

If you discover a defect in the product, please contact us via info@tinynorth.se within a reasonable time and we will help you further.

We always follow the Consumer Sales Act when handling complaints.
